Website terms of use

The terms that apply when you use this website, our public certificate register and our online services.

Last reviewed 30 October 2026

1.These terms

This website is operated by VeriCert Global. By using it you accept these terms. Certification, audit and appraisal work is governed by the agreement signed with each client, not by these terms.

2.Information on this site

We keep the content of this site accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice for your situation. Requirements of standards, regulators and customers change, so confirm what applies to you before relying on it.

3.The certificate register

Our public register shows the status of certificates we have issued at the time you check. You may use it to verify certificates. You may not scrape it in bulk, use it to build a competing directory, or present its content in a misleading way.

4.Online services and API

Access to our staff systems, API and MCP server needs an account or API key issued by us. Keep credentials secret, use them only for the purpose they were issued for, and respect the rate limits described in our developer guide.

5.Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any account
  • Do not test the security of the site without permission; report issues as described on our security page
  • Do not send malicious code, spam or automated form submissions
  • Do not use our name, marks or certificates in a misleading way

6.Our marks

The cert.solutions name, logo and certification mark belong to us. Certified clients may use the certification mark only as set out in our certification rules. Accreditation marks belong to their accreditation bodies.

7.Liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8.Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last reviewed, and the version on this page applies.
